A vigorous evergreen climbing shrubs with twining stems bearing leathery, palmate leaves and axillary clusters of small flowers pale purple male, and greenish female flowers. Height - depends on support- maybe 5m. Hardy but sheltered site preferred.

This honeysuckle is subtly different to most others, it is one of the first to flower and has a delicious strong perfume. The young foliage is perfoliate. It was discovered in Anna Fletcher's garden by Richard Webb of Webbs Garden Centre. Anna Fletcher has visited my nursery annually to buy one and make sure I am still growing them.
