A semi-evergreen shrub of arching habit, with finely wrinkled, lance-shaped, grey-green leaves and narrow panicles of small pale mauve flowers, orange in the throat, from April to May (earlier if it is mild). Height 2m Spread 2m. Hardy in a warm sheltered position.
