WARRANTIES and RETURNS I believe all plants sent out by me are true to name and every effort is made to ensure they are of the best quality. However no warranty as to description, quality or any other matter is offered. On receipt plants should be unpacked and inspected. If the plants are damaged or are unacceptable to you please contact us. Complaints must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. I will always try to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible, and to your satisfaction. I will ask for the plants to be returned for exchange or refund. Nothing in this statement should be construed as a change to your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may cancel your order up to the day prior to dispatch. The dispatch date will be as specified above. If you decide to cancel your order you must notify me by telephone on 01386 584077. If the order is cancelled in time, I will refund anything you have paid less a 5% administration charge.

No substitutes are offered unless you requested. I try to keep availability on the website accurate, but if for any reason I cannot supply a plant you have paid for, I will make an immediate refund and let you know.

Postage and packing costs are a combination of Royal Mail standard postal rates, or Carrier, and an enough to cover the packing, recycled materials, etc.
1 or 2 plants (up to 4 kgs.) £12.60
3 to 5 plants (up to 6 kgs.) £15.75
6 to 9 plants (up to 10 kgs.) £17.50
10 to 15 plants (up to 20 kgs.) £19.50
